Help My Spaniel Having Fits

1 Woche York

Darüber wollte ich auf jeden Fall berichten. Meine Woche in York. Bis auf a few exceptions, for recruitment in the last year, where there were also international applicants. In any case, you have me - which I appreciate very much - offered to attend to brush up on an intensive course in York. This meant for me for 1 week 24 hours English. The whole started with my first flight alone in a foreign country in the quasi ;-) not my native language is spoken ... The worst was once the leave of my GG, the flight itself was even (I've survived so * gg *) and also announced the taxi driver was standing at the airport with a name tag. After 1 hour drive I was then reached on Sunday evening (23:30 German time) at last with my host family. A very, very nice woman with whom I have had in many weeks afterwards talking and we realized we (the English and German) not so different :-). On Monday, I then start at York Associates. Morning 9:00 to 12:15 h single instruction to 17:00 and afternoon group lessons then. In the evening, several things offered (history walk followed by Indian. Food, visit the York cathedral, a pub visit, etc.). I've been through some stuff, but I am again with a German colleague (and we speak English!) At Betty's for High Afternoon Tea - a must :-). The other evening I was with my host, have eaten there and we have about God and the world entertained. fully close just before bedtime and morning, of course, BBC News and around the whole thing: newspaper and English. Magazine :-). It did not take long and I was dreaming in English :-)). The week has shown me what weaknesses I have and I will of course continue to practice to be even better here. But it has shown me my strengths and that has - for me personally - a lot of value :-). As I am very "modest" I like my English trainer said there :-). Because she's right and also because I want to work. Here are some pictures so you can put above you slightly less.
